Each item created by Cultivating Chaos is handmade and customised with your chosen message. Because of this, every product is unique and non-returnable once it has been prepared or shipped.

We take pride in ensuring every item is written clearly, packed securely, and delivered in good condition. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur, and this policy explains how we handle them.

2. No Returns on Personalised Items

Since all our products (such as potatoes, lemons, and oranges) are personalised with handwritten messages, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or we have made an error with your order.

Please double-check your message and delivery details before submitting your order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cultivatechaos.co.uk
Include:

. A photo of the item

. A brief description of the issue

If the problem was caused by our mistake or during shipping, we’ll be happy to:

. Send a replacement item at no extra cost, or

. Offer a full refund of the purchase price (£12.00).

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your issue has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed via Stripe to the same payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it — provided we haven’t already started writing or packaging your item.
After that point, cancellations are not possible due to the personalised nature of our products.
