Can I really stay anonymous?

Yes! Unless you choose to include your name in the message, we never reveal who sent it. Your details are kept private and never shared with the recipient.

How do I place an order?

Just head to our homepage, choose your product (Potato, Lemon, or Orange), type your message, enter the recipient’s address, and complete payment through Stripe.

Where do you deliver?

Currently, we deliver within the UK only.
International shipping may be added later — join our mailing list to stay updated.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Not yet — but we’re working on it!
At the moment, we ship as soon as your order is ready.

Can I get a refund?

Because our items are personalised, we can’t offer refunds unless the item is damaged or we’ve made an error.
